Jamie saved the wedding!!! The bride didn't like her makeup trial with another artist so we had to find a replacement in less than 2 weeks. What a gem we found! Jamie was so sweet and easy to talk to and everyone loved their makeup. It looked like the pics everyone chose for their inspo. I will be recommending her to all my friends!

Oh my goodness, I don't even know where to start. Jamie is amazing. She is warm, kind, funny, and makes you feel special. She has this beautiful aura about her and instantly makes you feel at ease. She is dedicate to her craft and is meticulous when asking questions to make sure she provides the best service possible. She is creative and makes suggestions while balancing the needs of her customers. She is responsive, flexible when scheduling and answering questions. I say all of this to say, hire Jamie, she will exceed your expectations! Jamie did my hair and makeup for my nieces wedding. My hair and makeup lasted from 11:30am to 1am without a touchup other than dabbing on some lip gloss near the end of the night. It held during a humid rainy day that involved lots of running around and dancing. Thanks, Jamie! Looking for an excuse to get beautified again!

Jamie is an absolute professional and delivered the most perfect look for my wedding celebration.
She took my vision for what I wanted and added some suggestions that helped elevate my hair and makeup to a level I never expected.
It's always so nice to see and artist who is absolutely passionate and excited about their work and Jamie is just that.
She was extremely kind, attentive, and fun to talk to and I would absolutely work with Jamie again!

I'm a photographer and Jamie has been my go to when it comes to doing my models' hair and makeup! She is very organized, professional, and has so much knowledge about what she does! She also is very clean and keeps her products sanitized for each of her clients. Jamie does a great job at responding back quickly and does an INCREDIBLE job at helping her clients look and feel beautiful without making them look like a completely different person! If you're looking for a HMUA, look no further, Jamie is your girl!

I LOVED Jamie, she came over bright and early (5am) and still brought a positive calming attitude which was so nice for my wedding day!

I was so nervous/excited about an editorial photoshoot and Jamie made my experience one for the books (magazine, but you know what I mean)! As a black model I often feel insecure about having my makeup done. Jamie matched my skin complexion so carefully and was not afraid to play with bold colors. She showed confidence that made me confident. The results were stunning! Definitely working with her again! I'm in awe!

I reached out to Jamie with the last minute request for service. I broke my nose 6 days before my sons wedding. Jamie had another engagement but still took the time to respond within minutes of my inquiry and went the extra mile to try to locate another artist with the skills to cover wounds and scars. In the end, I found someone to fill that role but it meant a lot to have someone I didn't even know trying to help me out. I can't speak to her makeup skills other than to say to look at her portfolio. It looks like she would have done a great job if she had been available. I did still want to leave her high remarks for her responsiveness and willingness to assist. Hope my review helps another.

Jamie is so amazing! She's the kind of person that is so friendly and welcoming.
She helps you feel super comfortable the whole time, which I feel is super important when you have someone up close and personal to you.
She knows what shes doing and is very professional. It shows in her work! She is also very clean and sanitary with her makeup and brushes so no worries there.
She is the perfect fit for any of your hair and makeup needs. I even got multiple comments on my hair just randomly passing people. I would highly recommend her!!

Jamie is lovely! I felt so beautiful in both the hair and makeup she did on me. I've never been one to like eye makeup on myself, but she understood my hooded eye shape and made it look so good!
She was so sweet and even let me use her gel nail kit because I had forgotten to get my nails done!
I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a HMUA.

Jamie was an excellent choice for my wedding. All of us loved our hair and she was so professional and on top of things. She came up with a schedule that fit perfectly and we even threw two kids in the mix and she still finished with plenty of time. She gave me visual options to choose from and it held up all night. Where to even begin! Jamie is such a great person in and out and her makeup skills are phenomenal. I hired her to do my makeup for my maternity shoot. I went back and forth on whether I should reach out to have her do it. I've never paid someone to do my makeup before, but my pregnancy was really rough so I wanted to spoil myself a little. I DO NOT REGRET IT ONE BIT. Seriously if you are on the fence, just do it. You will not regret it and the money is well worth it. She made me feel like such a model and helped me find my pregnancy glow when I felt like an elephant lol. Not to mention she is such a genuine and amazing person.

I had a wonderful experience getting my wedding makeup done by Jamie! She was punctual, and arrived ready to go. She asked me a lot of questions to see what I liked, what colors I preferred, my skin type, what look I was trying to achieve, etc. We discussed the options and she helped me decide on a look that I felt would highlight my best features, and look good in photographs. Jamie took care to clean all her brushes before and after each use, so I felt very comfortable about the hygienics of the process.
We chatted while she worked on me, and she is so sweet and fun to talk to! I felt sad when our time was over because I wouldn't be able to talk to her again!
My makeup looked absolutely stunning. I received so many compliments that evening. I was very happy that I had chosen Jamie to do my makeup on my speical day. She is a wonderful makeup artist and will make you feel absolutely beautiful, as she did me!

If you're looking for a makeup artist that is skilled in enhancing the beauty of absolutely anyone her talented hands touch, Jamie is it! Not only is she incredibly professional and kind, but she also is very knowledgeable about both skincare and makeup. She took the time to answer all my questions (I had a lot) and gave me tips to improve my daily routine. In addition, her makeup hygiene practices are through the roof so if thats something you worry about then rest assured she's already on top of it. I was so in love with my makeup that I was I could have her here to do it everyday!

Had a fantastic experience with Jamie! She did my makeup and my mothers makeup for my wedding. We have never felt so beautiful. It even rained during my wedding and my makeup held up! Jamie did my and my bridals party's hair for my wedding and she was wonderful to work with. Jamie did my bridal hair and makeup for my wedding... I remember being a little nervous since I thought she wouldn't know how to do my curly/coily hair. She talked me into rocking my natural hair and then did an amazing job straightening, curling, and styling my hair. As someone who has olive/tan skin, she made the makeup look natural and elegant.
